People are looking you up and finding nothing.
If someone in Surrey or Langley hears your name and searches it, they should land somewhere. A page with what you do, the areas you cover and a number that rings you — built in about two weeks, and yours to keep.

Four steps, two weeks, and you see it before you pay the rest.
Pick a step to jump to it, or spin the phone with your finger. This is the actual order we work in, on every job.
These same hours are what Google shows. They come from one place.

Three sizes. The bar shows you what the extra money actually buys.
The bar under each price is how much building it actually takes, so you can see what the extra money buys. Every tier shows what it leaves out, too.

Pay once and own it. Or let us keep it running. Your call.
Most shops at this price keep you on a monthly plan because that is where their money is. We would rather you picked.
Buy it outright
You pay for the build, we hand everything over, and you never hear from us about money again.
- Domain registered in your name, not ours
- Every file, plus a plain-English guide to editing your own text
- Host it wherever you like — we'll tell you the cheapest good option
- No lock-in, no licence, no platform fee
We keep it running
Same build, same ownership. This only covers us doing the upkeep so you don't have to think about it.
- Text, hours, prices and menu edits — up to four requests a month, back to you inside two business days
- We watch that it stays up and stays fast
- Backups, updates and security patches
- New pages or a redesign aren't in this — we quote those separately, and we'll tell you before we start
- Cancel and you keep the site — it does not switch off
Five things people get surprised by. None of them are on our quote.
Work down the left and each one points at the line it belongs to. Or just tap the quote directly — every number on it explains itself.
One person builds it. The same person fixes it.
Ask for Colton. He builds your site and he's who you ring when it needs changing — not a support queue, not somebody who wasn't on the call. There are two of us: if someone else phones you first they'll say so, and they'll hand you straight over. After that it's one person for the life of the site.
And judge the work rather than the pitch: time how fast this page loads on your phone, then time the site of whoever else is quoting you. That's the standard yours gets built to. Email me and I'll send you the same thing in writing.
Good Order

Home, menu, about, contact — built from parts we have already built and tested, so it runs about nine focused hours. You are not paying us to invent a layout.
The part that makes Google show your hours, address and price range in search. Of 170 local sites we audited, 28.7% had no menu link at all. Twenty minutes of work and the cheapest visibility you will ever buy.
We test the finished build and send you the numbers. For scale: across 558 major company homepages we measured, the median weighs 2.4MB and 28% fail contrast standards. Yours will do neither.
One proper round once you've seen it. We cap it on purpose — endless "just one more tweak" is how a $500 job quietly becomes a month of free work. Better to say the limit now than discover it together later.
$250 starts it, $250 when you approve it at launch. Don't approve it, don't pay the rest. The domain is in your name and the files are yours either way.
Point your camera at it — it really scans.

The questions we get asked before anyone signs anything.
Twelve of them, pinned up exactly as they come in. Filter by what you care about, or open any card — including the four where the honest answer is no.
Nothing pinned under that heading.

Tick what applies. Nothing sends on its own — the button opens a draft in your mail app so you can read it before it goes anywhere.
Your message
We reply in writing within one business day, Eastern time. If your site turns out to be fine, we say so and go away — that's a real outcome, not a sales move.
